ISLAMABAD: Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani on Tuesday said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were enjoying strong bilateral relations while it would be more enhanced in future.
Sadiq Sanjrani made the remarks during a photo exhibition on Pakistan-Saudi Arabia ties organised in federal capital Islamabad while the event was jointly inaugurated by Saudi Arabian envoy and the Senate Chairman. Photos of Saudi rulers who visited Pakistan were posed in the exhibition.
During the event, Sanjrani said that Pakistan was grateful for support from Saudi Arabia and welcomed Riyadh for investments in the country. He said that Riyadh’s role was praiseworthy in preserving Islamic culture.
The Senate Chairman said that it was a lot of scope among both countries to enhance coordination in various sectors. Sanjrani said that he has invited Saudi Shura’s delegation to visit Pakistan.
He added that Pakistanis were happy with Saudi investments in the country. He said that initiation of Islamic military alliance should be praised.
