QUETTA: Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Friday has granted pre-arrest bail to Senator Sarfraz Bugti in a case pertaining to kidnapping of a minor girl.
The senator has also been ordered to pay surety bonds worth Rs 0.3 million.
On yesterday a local court of Quetta had ordered to arrest of provincial minister Senator Sarfraz Bugti in a case pertaining to kidnapping of a minor girl.
The court ordered his arrest after rejecting his bail plea.
The maternal grand mother of the child has registered the FIR against his father Sarfaraz Bugti in which nine people have been nominated.
