Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday extended an interim bail of Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) President Shahbaz Sharif up-to September 28 in the assets beyond income and money laundering cases.
The Opposition Leader in National Assembly (NA) Shahbaz Sharif in his statement before the court said that he surrendered himself to the officials adding ” I wanted to return back to between my own people when I was abroad.”
He said that he has been alleged with serious allegations and he wanted to give breifing to the court by himself.
Shahbaz counsel Amjad advocate said that the issuance of a arrest warrants by the NAB despite summoning notice of Shahbaz Sharif is a bad intentions of the anti-graft body.
Amjad said that the NAB didn’t inform till that on which position was used by Shahbaz falsely and corruption conducted adding that no any single reference was filed in the cases pertaining to the 56 companies.
