The former T-20 captain Boom Boom Shahid Afridi lashing out at Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said that board’s existence relied on players but players are not relied on board.
“Board must realized his existence only by the players and its decision should keeping players in view,” Shahid Afridi said while talking to media.
Commenting on team’s current performance he said that it was a good sign but team desperately needed an aggressive player for hitting in last overs in limited overs matches.
Replying to a question he said that Sarfraz Ahmed was leading the team brilliantly and hope he would get the team on top.
” I have no affiliation with any political party but if media support me I will form my own political party,” Afridi reply to a question regarding his role in politics in future.
Answering another question he said that the players should decide himself either he play more or call it a day but Misbahul Haq and Younus Khan have taken right decision at right time.
Commenting over joining Karachi Kings he said he was from Karachi and should be part of Karachi Kings therefore he decided to join it.
