KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday sought a detailed report from Director General (DG) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Inspector General of Sindh Police pertaining to the missing persons’ case.
As per details, a two-member bench of the SHC comprised on Justice Naimat Ullah Phulphoto and Justice K.K Agha heard a case pertaining to the missing persons.
During the hearing, investigation officer of the case told the court that they submitted documents for seeking travel history of the missing person Faheem-ul-Islam.
“Everything is now computerized but we are not getting anything on time,” the IO told the court.
Justice Naimat Ullah in his remarks said that FIA has disappointed us.
SHC’s Justice K.K Agha in his remarks said that it seems like there is a lack of communication between the agencies.
The court then ordered the Director General (DG) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Inspector General of Sindh Police to submit a detailed report into the matter.
