Court has refused to give arrest orders for Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Rauf Siddique in new case.
Hearing of the MQM’s supremo’s inflammatory speech on August 22 case was held in Sindh High Court (SHC). At the occasion the MQM’s leader Rauf Siddique appeared before the court.
Investigation officer (IO) in the case sought the arrest of Rauf Siddique in another case on which the court expressing its anger said that Inspector General (IG) had submitted a written response that no new case will be registered against accused without court orders.
The court said that others nominated accused in the case , in which Rauf Siddique is wanted, are moving freely, the court ordered the police, first arrest those accused and produced them before the court then the court will see.
The court adjourned the hearing till September 7.
