ISLAMABAD: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly (NA), Shehbaz Sharif, was banned to leave the country following his involvement in assets beyond income case.
Sources said that Interior Ministry directed to include Shehbaz Sharif in provisional national identification list (PNIL) that will restrict him to leave country for 30 days.
Interior Ministry also prepared summary to include Shehbaz Sharif in Exit Control List (ECL) that will be forwarded to federal cabinet.
Earlier, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) recommended to put Shehbaz Sharif’s name in ECL on February 15.
