Chief minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif replying Imran Khan’s allegations regarding front man said that he would file defamation suit of Rs 26.54 billion against Imran Khan and announced if corruption proved he would ready to face each kind of punishment.
Addressing hurriedly held press conference chief minister Punjab accused Imran that some people were trying to halt Pakistan’s progress way and to shut Islamabad was equal to lock down Pakistan.
Commenting Imran’s allegations, in which he accused that Javed Sadiq had taken kickback of Rs 15 billion as Shehbaz front man, said that Imran’s allegations were baseless as Islamabad airport contract was given in PPP and IT contract in Pervez Elahi tenure and his government had only completed it.
” Front men are roaming around you and one of them became richest by writing off loans,” he told Imran adding that he was filing suit for Rs 26 billion on Imran’s allegations and requested the court to hear it on daily basis.
