KARACHI: A passing out parade of Sindh Rangers was held here on Saturday.
According to details, the State Minister of Interior Shehryar Afridi was the chief guest of the ceremony.
Addressing to the ceremony, State Minister of Interior said, “The state will not tolerate those people who are working against the interests of the country from within the country.”
“We will not be blackmailed by any of their tactics,” he added.
“Sindh Rangers have conducted several operations in the past five years and played an integral role to curb the crimes in Karachi,” he further added.
“Karachi became a center of economic and cultural activities by the Rangers struggle,” he said.
“Pakistan’s constitution will not be compromised at any cost,” he concluded.
State Minister of Interior also congratulated the passing out cadets on this occasion and vowed to make the country even stronger by the time being.
The ceremony was at Sindh Rangers Training Centre located at the super highway in Karachi.
The chief guest was presented guard of honour by a smartly turned out contingent of Sindh Rangers.
Passing out cadets took the oath to protect the motherland from any internal and external threats during the ceremony.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Rangers have rendered many sacrifices for restoring peace in Karachi.
