KARACHI: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Wednesday filed a complaint against the former Sindh local government minister in the Sindh High Court (SHC) for not cooperating in the inquiry.
As per details, SHC’s Justice Umar Siyal heard a case pertaining to a plea filed by NAB against the Sindh’s former local government minister for not cooperating in the ongoing probes against him.
During the hearing, Justice Siyal in his remarks said that if Jam Khan will not cooperate he knows the consequences. Everyone knows what he has done but now Shoro is surrounded.
On this occasion, the anti-graft watchdog told the court that he illegally allotted land for a CNG pump in Hyderabad. Jam Khan Shoro is also involved in illegal allotment of plots in Karachi to his accomplices.
It is pertinent to mention here that Jam Khan Shoro is being probed by NAB in illegal land allotment case.
Earlier in the month of October 2018, NAB commenced inquiry onto former local government minister of Sindh Jam Khan Shoro against illegal possession of government land.
