SUKKUR: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah visited Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation’s (SIUT) centre in Sukkur and inspected treatment facilities being provided to patients at the centre.
During the visit to SIUT centre, the Chief Minister was accompanied by Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah. The chief minister was briefed by the administration of the centre regarding the treatment facilities being provided to the patients. The chief minister expressed his satisfaction over the briefing and facilities being provided to patients.
Later talking to media, Shah said that in the past Sukkur was neglected and there was much room in this city for progress and prosperity. He pledged that the current PPP government would pay due attention towards the development of the third largest city of the province.
On the occasion, Shah said that everyone should play its due role as it was not possible for CM to reach everywhere and do every work.
He warned the government employees against any slackness in discharge of their official duties. He urged the bureaucracy to develop patience and fervor for serving the masses and extend every possible facilities to them.
Mayor of Sukkur Arsalan Sheikh and other were also present on the occasion.
