KARACHI: Sindh government has announced a public holiday today on Wednesday throughout the province in view of current electricity crisis, load shedding and extremely hot weather. Today, led by Chief Minister Sindh Provincial Ministers and members of Sindh Assembly and Federal Government would led a protest against K-Electric.
Minister of Information and Local Bodies Sharjeel Inaam Memon announced the public holiday in province and said that due to the hours load shedding hundreds of people died despite that load shedding continued by Federal Government and K-Electric.
In the view of that situation Sindh Government has announced public holiday in province. All the government offices would remain closed however, Sindh Assembly’s budget session would continue, he said.
Sharjeel Memon said that after the session of Sindh Assembly Provicial Ministers and member of member of Sindh Assembly under the leadership of Chief Minister Sindh would led a protest against the behavior of Federal Government and K-Electric.
