KARACHI: The Sindh government has surrendered the services of Inspector General of Police Sindh Allah Dino Khawaja to the federal government.
The provincial government besides repatriating the AD Khwaja, recommended three officers for posting as IGP.
Sindh government has written letter to federal government for replacing the IGP and recommended the names of Sardar Abdul Majeed, Ghulam Qadir Thebo and Khadim Hussain Bhatti for the post.
Mr Majeed is a Grade-21 officer of Police Services of Pakistan, presently posted as Additional IGP, Research Development, Inspections and Enquiries. Mr Thebo, another G-21 PSP officer, is holding the office of chairman, Enquiries and Anti-corruption Establishments, while Mr Bhatti is Additional IG Traffic.
