RAWALPINDI: Six soldiers of the Indian army, including an officer, were killed and many others injured when Pakistan Army troops gave a “befitting response” to Indian ceasefire violations on August 18 in Tatta Pani sector along the Line of Control.
The director general of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Tuesday through a tweet, firing by Indian troops had killed three civilians, including a seven-year-old boy.
“Pakistan Army targeted Indian posts. 6 Indian soldiers including an officer killed, many injured,” the tweet said.
Two bunkers of the Indian army were also destroyed in firing by Pakistani troops.
