Islamabad: The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) has decided to continue action against former judge Justice Mazahar Ali Naqvi.
The SJC meeting was held in the chair of Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa.
The SJC has given another opportunity to resigning judge Mazahar Ali Naqvi and if he wish can come tomorrow before the SJC and present his view.
In this regard the SJC has issued awaring notice to judge (retd) Mazahar Ali Naqvi.
The council has said that if counsel of justice (retd) Mazahar Ali Naqvi requested time then complainants will be heard.
The SJC had decided that his proceedings will continue tomorrow, Friday. While the SJC proceedings are prorogued till 11: 30 pm.
