Sri Lanka Agrees To Play Test Series In Pakistan

LAHORE: International test cricket will be restored in Pakistan after a gap of 10 years as Sri Lankan cricket board has agreed to play a two match test series after being satisfied with security measures Pakistan took when recently Sri Lanka visited the country for a ODI series.

The Sri Lankan cricket board has declared security measures as the best and agreed to visit Pakistan again for the two match test series which is likely to be held in December.

Sources said that the two test matches will be played between Pakistan and Sri Lanka in Karachi and Rawalpindi.

It is pertinent to mention here that the last international test match was held in the country back in 2009.
