And it gets better if they are superfoods with enhanced capability. So, don’t just stuff your face with these wonder foods, do some face-timing with them for a healthy skin inside out.

Oats:

The best thing about oats as a beauty product is that it works for all skin types. Oatmeal face packs are brilliant for skin whitening and lightening. One can use honey and almond milk as combinations for a good oatmeal pack. Since oatmeal is gritty in nature, it makes a good scrub for the face or when bathing.Best for Acne-prone skin, as it absorbs oil from the skin’s surface.

Green Tea Bags:

Using cool green tea bags on the skin has been proved to reduce the damage of sunburns and overexposure to ultraviolet light, which, in turn, reduces skin aging and increases collagen in the skin. Cool two used green tea bags in the fridge for 30 min and use on tired eyes. Also brewed green tea or ground leaves can be used in DIY face masks or rinses.Best for Removing puffy eyes, dark circles, as it’s rich in vitamin K.

Chia Seeds:

Chia seeds are rich in fiber, protein, vitamin E, and omega fatty acids. Chia seeds is an important ingredient in many hydrating creams and serums. Ground chia seeds mixed with melted coconut oil is a great skin serum.

Apples:

Apple cider vinegar is extremely good at removing dead skin and also makes for a great toner. Mix 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with two cups of water and store it in the fridge. Use 2-3 drops of this potion as a toner every night before bedtime to tighten up your skin.Best for Removing dead skin and toning.

Avocado:

The healthy properties of avocado have made avocado face mask treatments very popular over the last few years. Avocado battles dry skin and add moisture because it contains vitamins A and E, both of which have antioxidant properties.Best for Fighting dry skin, aging, and lackluster skin.
