ISLAMABAD: A meeting was held in Islamabad on Wednesday which reviewed the supply and prices of essential food items.
Prime Minister Adviser on Finance, Dr. Hafeez Shaikh chaired the meeting. The meeting was informed that there is no shortage of food items in the country.
The provincial and district administration was directed to take further steps to bring down the prices of essential commodities.
The meeting also discussed proposals to keep the prices of commodities stable during the holy month of Ramadan.
