Karachi: An alleged robber was injured during a police encounter in Tariq Road area of the provincial capital on Wednesday night.
According to police, the robbers were trying to rob a shop at Tariq Road. During an exchange of fire, a robber identified as Faizan suffered injuries while his accomplice managed to flee.
According to the police, he was wanted in several cases of robbery and was arrested earlier also.
He was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center for treatment.
