Lahore (July 1, 2017): Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Allama Tahir-ul-Qadri on Saturday left Lahore for London.
Sources said that the PAT chief suddenly left for London via Dubai in a private airline flight from Lahore.
They added that Qadri will stay in London for a few days and will go on a organizational visit to Egypt and Norway.
They said that during the visit of Egypt and Norway he would hold discussion with his party leaders and followers there regarding the next general elections.
They added that after the visit of Egypt and Norway he will stay for a few week in London and the will return to the country.
It is to be mentioned here that Qadri is staunchly opposed the incumbent government and in the past had joined hands with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to dislodge Nawaz Sharif-led government. He has also been demanding Qisas of those killed in Model Town.
Recently, he has termed the joint investigation team (JIT) constituted by SC to probe Sharif family’s offshore holdings as a tool of PML-N government to use in next general elections campaign.
