Wardak (November 23, 2017): At least 30 militants, including a Taliban commander, were killed in different parts of Afghanistan on Wednesday, said Afghan officials.
According to the details, sixteen Taliban insurgents were killed in a clearance operation in Maidan Wardak province, the police said. The operations were carried out by police, army, special forces and commandos. While 14 other militants were killed in different areas of the country.While US and Afghan airstrikes have destroyed nine Taliban drug factories and labs in a border area of southern Helmand province.
