Ghotki (February 21, 2018): Teacher has brutally tortured the eight years old student for being absent in Tehseel Deharki.
According to the details, the madrassah teacher tortured Usman brutally till he went unconscious.
The parents have filed an FIR against the teacher. Police have arrested the accused.
