RAHIM YAR KHAN: A 15-year-old Laiba Sheikh Zaid, who was abducted and allegedly sexually assaulted by rickshaw driver a month ago, lost her life in the hospital on Saturday.
Laraib was kidnapped from Chak-72 one-month ago, family members said. “They kept her in a house where they sexually assaulted her several times after giving her drugs.”
The police have arrested three out of seven suspects after the identification by the family of Laraib while five police officers including SHO have also been suspended for showing negligence in the recovery of the girl.
