Three Killed in Two Rival Groups Clash over Old Enmity

RAWALPINDI: Three people killed and seven others injured in an exchange of firing between two rival groups over an old enmity in Dhok Kala Khan area of Rawalpindi on Friday.

According to police, the firing incident between Numbardaar and Chaudhry Groups took place near a taxi stand in Dhok Kala Khan.

As a result of clash, two people – Zeeshan and Abdullah – died on the spot while the 17-year-old Hamza succumbed to injuries in the hospital.

The rescue 1122 rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies and injured to the Benazir Bhutto Hospital.

On the other hand, the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi directed the  SP and ASP to bring detailed report of the incident within 24 hours.
