OKARA: Owing to heavy and intermittent rainfall in past few days in most of Punjab, a house’s roof collapsed in Okara’s Haveli Lakha city claiming lives of three minors and injuring five others.
The incident took place in Haveli Lakha’s neighbourhood of Islam Nagar when the matrimonial ceremony was underway at the residence.
The killed minors were identified as Mubashira, Faiza and Meera.
The injured were mostly guests who were shifted to a local hospital for medical treatment.
