WASHINGTON: United States President Donald Trump on Saturday hold telephone calls with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and other world leaders.
According to the details, Trump and Putin discussed bilateral issues of mutual interest and international issues. Ukraine and Syrian conflicts were also came under discussion during the telephone call. Both leaders agreed to fight against terrorism and strengthen economic and political ties between the two countries.
Earlier, President Donald Trump telephoned to German Chancellor Angela Merkel, France President Francois Hollande, Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and discussed bilateral issues of mutual interest.
