Trump, Moon Discuss Nuclear Deal Issues Ahead Of Summit

Web Desk(June 11, 2018): U.S. President Donald Trump spoke to his South Korean counterpart by telephone today before the summit.

South Korea’s presidential office said that U.S. President Donald Trump and members of his delegation attend lunch during a meeting at the Istana in Singapore today.

South Korea’s Yonhap news agency said the two leaders discussed denuclearization issues.

In a chief aides meeting held at the presidential office today, South Korean President Moon Jae-in has said that he hopes a “major agreement” is reached on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula during an upcoming meeting between US President Donald Trump and North Korea’s Kim Jong Un.
