Turkey: Operation against rebels continue, Turkish Attaché arrested in Saudia

ANKARA: Operation against rebels followed by failed military rebellion continued in Turkey, while Turkish Military Attaché has been arrested in Saudi Arabia in charges of military rebellion.

Saudi Security officials arrested Turkish Military attaché Michael Oglo at Damam Airport before he was leaving for Germany. According to Saudi officials, the attaché was arrested on request of Turkish government. At least eight thousand police personnel, involved in rebellion conspiracy, have been removed during operation against rebels, while 103 generals, admiral have been arrested, whereas 30 Provincial governors and 600 officials have been removed from their position. It has been revealed during investigation that rebels were refueled from US Airbase, after which Turkish President has ordered to aerial monitor through F-16 jets.

Meanwhile, after announcement made Turkish President to consider execution law for rebellions,  the European Union has warned that Turkey will not be eligible to become part of European Union in case of approval of law.
