KARACHI: Law enforcement agencies have arrested two persons in connection with renowned Qawwal Amjad Sabri’s murder.
Sources said that LEAs’ personnel had picked up two persons hailing from Liaqatabad Area, who were indentified as Shani and Mani.
The accused are said to be two real brothers, who are currently being interrogated by the LEAs personnel regarding suspecison on their invilvement in the high-profile muder case.
With the fresh arrests, the numbers of accused arrested in connection with Sabri murder case have reached to seven. Police has already arrested five accused including Imran Siddiqui, Shehzad Mulla, Ayub Bandhani for their alleged involvement in Sabri murder case.
It is to be mentioned here that the wenowned Qawwal was shot dead in Karachi on June 24, 2016 by unknown assailants in the city’s Liaquatabad area.
