BAJAUR AGENCY: Security forces arrested two brothers of the Lahore suicide attack facilitator a raid in Tehsil Mamond of Bajaur Agency on Saturday.
The suspected facilitator of the deadly Lahore attack was arrested by Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) three days ago. The terrorist was remanded in police custody for 30 days by a local court.
Yesterday Chief Minister Punjab while announcing the arrest of the facilitators during a press conference showed the recorded confession statement of the facilitator.
The facilitator Anwar told the investors in the video that he was given the suicide jacket by a member named Arif of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan’s splinter group Jamaat ul Ahrar.
Anwar said that he helped the suicide attacker reach Lahore from Peshawar’s Torkhum Ada. On Saturday the security forces arrested two bothers of the facilitators. The brothers were identified as Khalilullah and Hameedullah.
