KARACHI: Law Enforcement Agencies have arrested two men of Rajanpur-based Chotu gang in a raid in Nazimabad area of the city.
As per details, the Chotu gang men had fled to Karachi to avoid arrest from Rajanpur after a military operation there. The arrested accused were identified as Imran and Nazim Abbas.
Sources said that the accused were involved in dozens incidents of decoity, robberies and and snatching. They said that the accused committed dacoity in the house of a retired bank officer in F.B Area on April 28 this year. After the dacoity, Police and LEAs became active to bust the gang.
An FIR was then registered against the accused on the complaint of Hassan Mehdi.
Gold, silver, cash and arms were recovered from the possession of the accused. The accused are resident of Ali Pur and Rajhanpur.
