Vidyut Jammwal Injures His Head During Junglee

Mumbai (February 12, 2018): Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal was injured on the sets of his film Junglee on Friday. The actor was given medical help and has resumed shooting.

The actor was performing a stunt on the set of the film when he hurt his head. After his injury was bandaged and he met a doctor, , the actor joined the rest of the cast and resumed shooting. Directed by Hollywood filmmaker Chuck Russell, Junglee also stars Makarand Deshpande and Atul Kulkarni.Vidyut Jammwal said in a press statement, “Its the responsibility of an action star to perform his stunts on his own, I do not fear to take the risk to abide by my responsibilities”.

Assuring fans that he is fine, Vidyut also tweeted, “I’m much better. Kickin it all the way! Once the bleeding stopped, we resumed our shoot that very same day! Thank you for all your love!!! #BornJunglee.”

Junglee is an action-thriller about a unique relationship between a man and elephants. The film recently wrapped its first shooting schedule in Thailand and is now on with its second schedule.
