ISLAMABAD: Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry on Wednesday said Pakistani nation got united whenever India chose path of escalation adding that war is not a solution to any problem while peace is must for the region.
Addressing an international media conference in Islamabad, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said that no one can be allowed risking peace of the region in danger for sake of political gains.
Fawad Chaudhry said that whole of nation has gotten united while Prime Minister Imran Khan once again in his speech offered talks to India.
Information Minister said that peace is not only wish of Pakistan but it is also a top trend on twitter in India as well.
He said that there is no room for extremism in Islam while role of all Sufia-Ikram worth following for all societies.
The Minister stressed need to follow path of the Sufia-Ikram for peace adding that Pakistan had strong values of society.
He said that Pakistan sacrificed as many as 70000 lives in the fight against terrorism and while grandeur people of tribal areas also sacrifices a lot in this fight.
Fawad further said that he is thankful for armed forces for restoring peace in the country while he resolved that Pakistan would also defeat extremism after crushing the terrorism.
