KARACHI: National Cricket team skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed has expressed hope to give a splendid performance in the upcoming world cup.
Addressing a presser in Karachi, Captain Sarfaraz Ahmed said that he will try his best to better performance in the world cup adding that we have strong middle order which included Baber Azam, Mohammad Hafeez, Harris Sohail and including himself.
Sarfaraz said that we will try to select such players who could play good cricket and urged people to pray for the success of Pakistan team.
He said that rest was given to players during one day series against Australia who was playing cricket continuously.
The skipper said that all the teams included in the world cup are strong while ten matches have to be played in World cup adding that additional players will be included in the team which could increase options.
He said that if the team needed alternative wicketkeeper will also be added.
