We’ll All Have To Work For Global Peace: Maliha

Washington (November 24, 2018): Maliha Lodhi has shown utmost support for the stability of peace and tranquillity in all parts of the world in the United Nations, stressing that all nations have to work for the establishment of world peace.

Speaking in a debate upon “Peace and Security In Africa” at the United Nations (UN) Security Council, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative, Maliha Lodhi said that the reliability of the UN depends on successful peacekeeping and security.The Pakistani Envoy said, “Pakistan was the first country to agree the Declaration of Shared Commitments, which reaffirmed the need to provide sustainable and flexible funding for the peace operations, adding Pakistani well-trained troops have protected civilians, provided medical care and rebuilt communities”.
