RAWALPINDI: Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Maj-Gen Asif Ghafoor has reiterated the country’s unflinching support for Kashmir, saying Kashmir has become world’s flashpoint after Modi’s unilateral move and Pakistan will fight till Kashmiris get the right of self-determination.
“Pakistan can go to any limit to support the Kashmiris for their just right to self-determination,” which has been attaining global recognition, he said, while talking to media persons on Wednesday.
DG ISPR reminded that the entire nation has rendered many sacrifices as over 81,000 lost their lives in the way.
“We Proud on our institution as there is no nation, country and force in the world like Pakistan,” he said.
Major General Asif Ghafoor informed the media that the main ceremony of Defence Day will be held at GHQ Rawalpindi as the main feature of the ceremony a short film on the martyrs and people should have to watch it.
“Unluckily world has not valued the Kashmir issue, however, the present government taking the advantage of Indian PM Modi’s wrong step highlighted the issue globally on the diplomatic front,” DG ISPR said.
He said Pak army has a keen eye on LoC situation and a reply like given on February 27 would be given if India tried a mistake again.
He reiterated that Pakistan armed forces with Kashmiris for 72 years and will remain with them till they get right of self-determination.
