KARACHI: A woman was killed while two others were injured when walls collapsed and balconies fell down after a blast in a five-storey residential building in Kaghazi Bazaar area here which damaged two buildings.
The area surrounding the buildings has gotten vacated.
According to eye witnesses the building moved and its major portion fell down. Talking to media Chief Fire Officer Tehseen said that there was a blast in the building which caused severe damage to two floors.
Fire Brigade team was sent inside the building for further search and it will prepare and submit the report to relevant authorities.
