Ex-Minister Kamran Michael Shifted To Karachi By NAB

KARACHI: Officials of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore transferred former federal minister for ports and shipping Kamran Michael to Karachi on Monday.

NAB Lahore officials shifted Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Kamran Michael to Karachi who was on transit bail in Karachi Port Trust (KPT) plots allotment case.

Kamran Michael was shifted to Karachi through a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight.

Earlier, an accountability court in Lahore approved five-day remand of the accused over plea of the anti-corruption watchdog.

The former federal minister is facing charges of illegally allotting three plots in KPT housing society while he was also accused of making illegal appointments in KPT by misusing his authorities.
