LAHORE: Accountability Court (AC) of Lahore on Wednesday extending physical remand of ex-provincial minister Sibtain Khan and four others for 14-day in the Chiniot Mines and Mineral case also ordered the investigation officer to submit an inquiry report of the case on the next hearing.
Arrested on awarding an illegal contract ex-minister Sibtain Khan presented before the AC Lahore after his physical remand concluded wherein the AC Judge Chaudhry Ameer Muhammad Khan heard the case.
The NAB prosecutor Hafiz Asadullah during course of the hearing told the court that the inquiry report of the case has been presented to the Chairman NAB, to which, the AC Lahore extended the physical remand of Sibtain Khan and other four for 14-day and ordered the investigation officer to present the inquiry report in the court on the next hearing on July 31.
