ISLAMABAD: A local court on Wednesday granted bails to six individuals out of 15 who were charged for exchanging bullets in a local court at F8 area of the federal capital.
As per details, anti-terrorism court’s judge Justice Syed Kausar Abbas Zaidi has approved the bail pleas of six suspect out of 15 who were detained after a firing incident at a local court in Islamabad’s F8 area.
The defence lawyer told the court that their clients do possess weapons which are licensed and legal and it is for self-defense.
To this, the court approved their bail plea for surety bonds of one lac rupees each.
The court also ordered to send rest 9 suspects to Adiala jail on judicial remand.
It is pertinent to mention here that on February 23rd two armed group provoked unconditional firing on each other at a local court over a dispute and a case was registered against the suspects under the anti-terrorism act.
