KARACHI: Pakistani actor Fahad Mustafa has remembered late screen legend Qavi Khan with an emotional tribute, sharing a nostalgic scene from their film Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad.
In an Instagram post, Fahad uploaded a still from the 2022 movie featuring Qavi Khan holding a framed portrait of Pakistan’s founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
The rain-soaked scene captures a poignant moment from the veteran actor’s performance. Alongside the photograph, Fahad wrote: “Legends never die. Their legacy lives forever.”
Through his message, the actor paid homage to Qavi Khan’s remarkable contribution to Pakistan’s entertainment industry, highlighting how the work of great artists continues to inspire audiences even after their death.
In Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad, Qavi Khan portrayed Munawwar Maharaj, the father of Fahad Mustafa’s character, Inspector Gulab. His role reflected honesty and a strong sense of duty, standing in contrast to his son’s initial involvement in corruption.
