ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Saturday issuing a verdict of rejecting Hussain Luwai and Talha Raza bail after arrest case remarked that stopping prevailing corruption in the society is the basic obligation of the court.
The IHC has issued the written verdict of the petition seeking bail after the arrest of key accused in the fake account Talha Raza and Hussain Luwai in which the court rejecting their bail pleas wrote that the both accused are linked with the fake account case in prima facie as the duo remained on the key positions of the bank.
The written statement said that the accused bails on the basis of the medical ground did not fall under merit.
The verdict reads that corruption has been spreading in the society like cancer and if it was not stopped with iron hands then it will be disastrous for the country.
The IHC in its judgment said that corruption has been used like king terminology adding that widespread corruption on big scale disastrous for the country’s economy as well.
