WEB DESK: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released its updated player rankings across all cricket formats.
In the T20 batting rankings, Pakistan’s Sahibzada Farhan achieved an impressive surge, climbing eight places to secure the fourth spot. Meanwhile, Babar Azam made notable progress, advancing five positions to reach 29th place.
Within the ODI batting rankings, India’s Rohit Sharma has claimed the top position, while New Zealand’s Daryl Mitchell has dropped to second. Pakistan’s Babar Azam continues to hold steady at sixth place among ODI batters.
In the T20 all-rounder category, Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza reached the top position for the first time. Pakistan’s Saiin Ayub slipped to second place, while Mohammad Nawaz advanced one spot to rank seventh.
For ODI bowling, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan remains the world’s leading bowler, with Pakistan’s Abrar Ahmed maintaining his position at ninth.
