Islamabad: Federal cabinet meeting will be held on Tuesday, today in the chair of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif had called the federal cabinet huddle yesterday.
The federal cabinet huddle will review over all law and order situation of the country. Besides that the country’s political and economic situation will be reviewed as well.
Sources said that the federal cabinet meeting will approve second phase recommendations of right sizing of the government institutions while the volume of the five ministries will be lowered down.
The right sizing committee recommendations will be presented before the cabinet huddle about ministry of housing, trade, science and technology, food security, investment board .
With the approval of the right sizing thousands of jobs positions will be ended.
Furthermore the right sizing committee has prepared recommendations of ending thousands of jobs after ending the further ministries or their amalgament with other departments.
The committee has suggested privatization of some institutions.
