Islamabad: Federal Investigation Agency failed to cancel the bail of former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi in the second Tosha Khana case.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb of Islamabad High Court heard the FIA’s request to cancel the bail of Bushra Bibi in the Tosha Khana 2 case, where Bushra Bibi and her lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar appeared in the court.
After the grant of bail Bushra Bibi isn’t attend the Trail Court in different cases. She is misusing the bail, so therefore cancel her bail, stand took by FIA

Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar said, Bushra Bibi is present in the court room, on which the court said that if she does not appear in the trial court, the bail will be canceled.
Barrister Salman Safdar said, trial in Tosha Khana 2 case is being conducted in haste, the trial was conducted in the same way earlier.
FIA failed to cancel Bushra Bibi’s bail and the Islamabad High Court disposed of the FIA’s application with directions.
Islamabad High Court said, if the accused misuses the bail exemption, the trial court can also cancel the bail.
