BANGKOK: The two-member Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team reached Bangkok to take custody of Rehman alias Bhola, the main accused in Baldia Factory fire, who was arrested by Interpol last week.
Sources said that progress had been made regarding extradition of Bhola from Thailand to Pakistan and the FIA team had reached Bangkok .
The team which comprises Deputy Director Badar Baloch and Inspector Rehmatullah Domki, is taking along documents and legal records pertaining to the Baldia factory tragedy including the FIR.
The team will meet the accused tomorrow. The team handed over the required documents to Interpol and Thai police for completing the process.
