BANGKOK: The two-member Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), which is in Bangkok to bring back the main accused of Baldia Factory inferno Rehman Bhola, has formally requested Thai police for access to Bhola.
Sources said that the two-member FIA team had handed over documents regarding Baldia factory inferno case to Thai police.
They said that the process to handover Bhola to Pakistan might hit snags as Thai police has charged Bhola for entering the country illegally.
They said that as per Thai police, the accused has not yet requested the police for engaging counsel. As per Thai police, Bhola is suffering from renal problem.
The team is comprised Deputy Director Badar Baloch and Inspector Rehmatullah Domki.
