Islamabad: The final draft of rules and regulations of the judicial commission has been issued under which all the proceedings in the judicial commission will be in closed door.
As per the draft of the rules and regulations of the judicial commission, the members of the commission will not talk about their conversation in the meeting.
As per the rules, a chief justice of a high court will be selected from three most senior judges.Whereas reasons must be explained in disqualifying the most senior judge for the post of the Chief Justice.
The members of the commission will nominate judges in their appointments. While judicial officers will be given representation along with lawyers in the appointment of a new judge in the high court.
