Karachi: An FIR of killing of Karachi Water And Sewerage Board (KWSB) sub-engineer yesterday in Manghophir has been registered against the unidentified persons on the complaint of his brother Imran in the Manghopir police station.
According to police, the incident was occured owing to resistance to the robbery of a motorcycle from the KWSB employee Furqan.
The armed persons fled from the spot after snatching motorcycle from Furqan, the police said.
As per the FIR, the KWSB sub-engineer Furqan had gone to the water filter plant built on the mountain as a routine for eating lunch.
Later, he was taking off to the ground riding on his bike.
He was shot dead in a resistance to the robbery by the unidentified bandits at Muslimabad Goth in Manghophir.
