Karachi: First day of the business week at the Stock Market witnessed bullish trend as the benchmark Karachi 100 Index closed at 1, 46, 929 after gaining 1,547 points.
At one point also reached a historic high of 147,000 mark today.
As many as 479 companies transacted their shares in the Pakistan Stock Exchange today, out of which shares prices of 242 companies went up.
Owing to bullish trend the market recorded an increase of 1.6 percent.
On Friday, the PSX had closed at 145, 382.
